Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related agreements, policies, and communications issued by 49ji:

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the applicable laws of the Republic of the Philippines, all players must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during their use of 49ji services. Players who are found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts closed immediately, and all funds — including deposits, winnings, and bonus amounts — will be forfeited and may be reported to PAGCOR as required by law.

2.2 Residency

49ji services are available to residents of the Philippines only. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of the Philippines and that online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you. Players who access the platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other circumvention tool do so in violation of these Terms and are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 49ji account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any registered details change. 49ji reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the registered information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is strictly limited to one registered account on 49ji. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under your own name, another person's name, or using different contact details — is prohibited. Violations of the one-account policy will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances. Where duplicate accounts are found to have exploited bonuses, the relevant amounts will be recovered in full.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 49ji account login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 49ji will never request your password through any communication channel. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to 49ji support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Account Verification

49ji reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. Enhanced due diligence may be requested for accounts exhibiting unusual transaction patterns, large withdrawal volumes, or as required under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering directives. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days of the request will result in account suspension.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is deemed inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 49ji reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ₱100 per month to accounts that remain inactive beyond this period, subject to applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email at least thirty (30) days before any inactivity fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be closed at 49ji's discretion.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of KYC verification, provided the balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

49ji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 49ji does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment account used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the 49ji account holder.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and player account status. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonuses voided, winnings derived from abusive play forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

49ji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time the change takes effect, provided that the applicable wagering requirements have been partially completed in good faith.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on 49ji use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness and randomness. The outcomes of all games are entirely random and cannot be influenced by 49ji, the player, or any third party. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. Key principles include: odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the accepted odds regardless of subsequent changes; bets placed on events cancelled by the event organizer will be voided and stakes returned; and in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome is determined will be voided without exception.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 49ji platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities where required:

• Underage Gambling: Accessing or attempting to access 49ji services while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under 21.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund a 49ji account.
• Money Laundering: Using 49ji to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider without first contacting 49ji support.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 49ji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 49ji platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming session progress due to internet disconnection on the player's side;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Unavailability of the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• Data loss arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Actions taken by PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities that restrict or modify the services available on 49ji.

49ji's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 49ji's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 49ji's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10.1 Platform Availability

49ji does not warrant that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure basis at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably practicable. 49ji is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of planned or unplanned platform downtime.

Termination

49ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or money laundering activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated against 49ji without prior contact with support;
• Instruction from PAGCOR or a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the player.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, 49ji reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds will be forfeited in all termination scenarios regardless of wagering completion status.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to any conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of 49ji services, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

12.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

Before escalating any dispute to a regulatory body or court, players are required to first submit a formal complaint to 49ji's support team at [email protected]. 49ji will acknowledge receipt of all formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aims to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of acknowledgment. All relevant correspondence and evidence should be included with the initial complaint submission.

12.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 49ji's internal process within the prescribed timeframe, players who are residents of the Philippines may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR as the governing regulatory authority. 49ji fully cooperates with all PAGCOR investigations and dispute resolution procedures. Filing a complaint with PAGCOR does not affect your right to pursue other legal remedies available under Philippine law.

12.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Amendments to These Terms

49ji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — including changes to fees, wagering requirements, withdrawal timelines, or player rights — will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Minor amendments, such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required to reflect changes in Philippine law or PAGCOR regulation, may take effect immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Continued use of the 49ji platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using 49ji services and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
